How do I place an order on your website?
If you click on a product image you will be directed to the product page. You will be shown all the details from the item you have selected. Once you decide to purchase the item, press ‘Add to cart’ and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can easily view your shopping bag by clicking on the cart icon on the upper right side of the webpage. As soon as you are ready to check out, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to fill in all the information needed to complete your order. After filling in all the information, press the ‘Place order now’ button. Your order has now been placed and you will be redirected to paypal.com where you will submit your payment to complete the order. You also have the option to buy or products on amazon.com should you choose to do so with your Amazon account.
How will I know if my order was received?
Once you have completed the order transaction, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our website including all details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can have a look at what might have gone wrong.
Can I change/cancel my order?
We are really quick at packing up your order, which means we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order.
I received an incorrect item in my order
If you received an item different from what you ordered, we would like to resolve this immediately. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will do everything we have in our power to fix this problem as soon as possible

When am I Charged?
If you pay for your order with a credit card on the website, we charge you for all items as soon as your order ships. You will not be charged for items that are “on order” until we ship them to you. As soon as your card is authorized, payment will be taken from your account and you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been successful and is now ready to ship. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken and your order will be cancelled. How do I use my promo code?
Below your order details on the “My cart” page you will see “Promo code” – simply fill in your code here and press “Apply” to submit. You must fill in your promo code here as it cannot be applied later on. Once you have entered your code it will apply to your order and you will be able to see that the ‘Cart total’ price of your order has been amended on the ‘Checkout page’. You can only use one promo code per order.
Domestic Shipping – Continental United States
kämen offers free ground shipping to the continental United States via USPS or UPS with purchases made above $35.00 USD. Most orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order if items are in stock (Monday-Friday) unless expedited shipping is requested.
While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, kämen, shall not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please allow 2-8 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your package to arrive depending on your shipping address. Our warehouse is located in Southern California. If your shipping address is within California, you can expect your order within 2-3 days.
kämen uses UPS to ship to the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Standard rates apply based on shipping methods.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we ship your order you will receive an e-mail from us including a tracking number. Simply go to www.usps.com or www.ups.com and enter the tracking number provided to track your package.
Can I change my shipping address?
We are really quick at packing up your order, which means we will not be able to make any address changes once your order has been confirmed.
Undeliverable or unaccepted parcels
If for any reason our courier is not able to deliver your package or if you refuse to accept it you will be contacted by our customer service team to see what happened. If after a few attempts our courier is still unable to deliver the package it will be sent back to us. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with sending the package back in connection with the undeliverable or unaccepted parcel.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We do not accept P.O. Box orders.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all products sold on our website. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product.
How to Return/Exchange?
Each returned boxed item must have a kämen Return Authorization #. To obtain a Return Authorization #, please email email@example.com. Please include your Order ID # in the email, in addition to the item # and a reason for return. Upon agreement to accept goods for a refund, we will issue the Return Authorization #.
The customer is responsible for return and/or exchange shipping charges, unless the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. For your protection, we recommend you return and exchange all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. kämen is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item, excluding shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package must have your RA # clearly marked on the outside of the package.
