Ordering

How can I place an order?

If you click on a product image you will be directed to the product page. You will be shown all the details from the item you have selected. Once you decide to purchase the item, press ‘Add to cart’ and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can easily view your shopping bag by clicking on the cart icon on the upper right side of the webpage. As soon as you are ready to check out, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to fill in all the information needed to complete your order.  After filling in all the information, press the ‘Place order now’ button. Your order has now been placed and you will be redirected to paypal.com where you will submit your payment to complete the order. You also have the option to pay with your amazon account if you have one and choose to do so.

How will I know if my order was received?

Once you have completed the order transaction, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from our website including all details of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at info@kamenfoods.com so we can have a look at what might have gone wrong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are really quick at packing up your order, which means we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order.

I received an incorrect item in my order.

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we would like to resolve this immediately. Please contact us at info@kamenfoods.com and we will do everything we have in our power to fix this problem as soon as possible.

Returns / Exchanges

How do I return or exchange and item?

Each returned boxed item must have a kämen Return Authorization #. To obtain a Return Authorization #, please email info@kamenfoods.com. Please include your Order ID # in the email, in addition to the item # and a reason for return. Upon agreement to accept goods for a refund, we will issue the Return Authorization #.

The customer is responsible for return and/or exchange shipping charges, unless the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order. For your protection, we recommend you return and exchange all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.  kämen is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.  Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item, excluding shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. The return package must have your RA # clearly marked on the outside of the package.

How will I know if my order was received?

Do you offer 100% money back guarantee?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all products sold on our website. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the product.

Where can I buy your products?

Currently you can buy our products from our website direct. Our products are also available on amazon.com. If you would like our products in your local supermarket or natural food store, please download our pdf and bring it to your local store.

Can I order your products outside of the US?

Currently we only ship to the Continental United States including Hawaii.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order you will receive an e-mail from us including a tracking number. Simply go to www.usps.com or www.ups.com and enter the tracking number provided to track your package.

Do you offer coupons?

How do I unsubscribe to kämen newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter you can simply unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter.

How do I become an authorized reseller?

Do you offer bulk quantities?

Shipping

Can I order your products outside of the US?

Currently we only ship to the Continental United States including Hawaii.

How long will my order take to ship?

Once an order is received and payment is processed, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends)

How can I calculate my shipping cost?

We use UPS to ship our products. When you get to the checkout page on our website and have entered your address, our website will calculate the shipping costs based on your order. We offer free shipping for orders over $35.00 USD.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently at this time we only ship to the Continental United States including Hawaii

What products do you currently offer?

Currently, kämen offers Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Extra Virgin Avocado Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

What processing methods do you use with your products?

All of our oils are processed by means of cold-press extraction methods.

I have a product quality concern, what do I do?

Why is the product slightly different from order to order?

As our products are naturally processed and changes in climate can effect harvest to harvest, you may see slight variances in appearance, color or flavor profile from crop to crop. If you are ever unhappy with any of the products you order from kämen, we encourage you to speak to our customer service department by emailing us at info@kamenfoods.com

Are your products organic certified?

Our Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is certified organic through the USDA NOP Organic Program.

Are your products Non-GMO certified?

Yes, all of our products are certified Non-GMO through the Earth Kosher Non-GMO Certification.

Are your products kosher certified?

Yes, all of our products are certified kosher through Earth Kosher.

Are your products Paleo certified?

Yes, all of our products are certified paleo through Earth Kosher.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our current products are vegan.

Does your facility handle allergens?

Our manufacturing facilities have dedicated production lines for allergens related to tree nuts. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Avocado Oil are manufactured on production lines dedicated to these products only. No other allergens or processing is done at these facilities.

Storage

What is the shelf life of your products?

All of our current products carry a shelf life of 18 months from the pack date. We recommend consumption within three to six months for optimal freshness once it has been opened.

How should your products be stored?

Our products should be stored in a cool, dry place. Our Organic Virgin Coconut Oil solidifies at 76°F, so if you prefer your coconut oil in a solid state try popping it in the refrigerator!

Are your products safe to consume if they are past their expiration date?

We recommend consuming the product by the best by date printed on the packaging.
