Rainbow Parfait


  • kämen Extra Virgin Avocado Oil
  • Purple sweet potato (mashed)
  • Plain yogurt (I used Siggis)
  • Vanilla Ka’ Chava Tribal Superfood
  • Collagen
  • Kiwi
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp organic Chia seeds
  • Spirulina (I used MRM)
  • Mint
  • Coconut granola
  • Coconut butter
  • 1 butternut squash
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg


Preheat oven to 375°F

Peel a butternut squash and chop into cubes. Toss cubes into a ziplock bag along with kämen Extra Virgin Avocado Oil, a dash of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Shake ingredients

Put contents of ziplock on parchment paper on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F for about 40 minutes. Take out and set aside

Mash purple sweet potato

Add plain yogurt mixed with vanilla Ka’ Chava Tribal Superfood and Collagen

Add kiwi and strawberry jam (1 tablespoon of chia seeds added to one cup of smashed strawberries on stovetop)

Add plain yogurt mixed with vanilla Ka’ Chava Tribal Superfood, Collagen and spirulina

Top with mint, coconut granola, coconut butter and cinnamon butternut squash
